Transformers, All-stars ... all a few days later than expected

This is supposedly a image of Optimus Prime from the transformers movie. He looks less like an Autobot, and more like a place where a lonely trucker will snort some coke, then rape and kill (not necessarily in that order) male prostitutes, and then listen to Lynard Skynard.

The all-star game was a huge bust. Despite David Wright and Carlos "Little Carlos" Beltran doing their best, by scoring all of the NL's runs. Fuck you Trevor Hoffman.

The highlights for me were the home run hitting contest. Where David Wright, hit 16 homers in the first round. Unfortunately he exhausted himself eventually losing in the finals to Ryan Howard's who was just pounding the ball into the river. I hope that the new Mets stadium has water past the left field wall, so right handed batters can hit balls into the water.

Another highlight was the celebrity/legends softball game. Gary Carter took Tommy John deep with a three run blast. But Dave Winfield hit a home run that almost hit the regulation wall. I bet he could still DH in the league.
