Fiona Apple ... and my OCD

You really find interesting things when you look at other people's shared music. Someone in my office has GNR, JLo, No Doubt, the Darkness and Fiona Apple on her playlists. I listened to the song Criminal form Fiona Apple. And then I remembered how hot that song is. Not in a Paris Hilton "That's Hot" sense. But in a very intense, sweaty, room with no windows way.



And despite the fact that video looks like its set on a porno set. The video for the song Criminal was awesome because it showed the many sides of Fiona. Sometimes she looked like innocent little girl. Sometimes like a manipulative man-eater. Strung out rock star. Girl looking for a good time. It was a great video and I was pretty sure that she would have a long successful career. But she really hasn't. I know she put out an album after Tidal. But then there was this dispute with a record company or producers and an album sat for several years, before it was released recently.



So this morning, after a night when I was up late posting and playing MLB Showdown on the Xbox. Ani told me that it seems that I like to post in spurts. I'll go a week with no posts and then post three times in less that 18 hours. But I guess that just how I roll. I am going to try to post every day from now on. Perhaps at night, or early morning or at lunch. But a little every day. It is good practice for me.

We had a fire drill today at work. The fire guy is hilarious. He kept setting off our auto door and it kept locking up. BAMN. BAMN. BAMN. He just kept talking like there was no jarring sound going on. That is why he is a Fire Inspector type guy.
