Are you ready for some football!

With the Mets fading really fast, I begin to look towards football. I picked up NFL2k5 to get me in the mood, and this past Sunday I had my fantasy draft. The draft which was scheduled to start at noon, was theorthically going to be going on similtaeously with a welcome back BBQ for Kelvin. I would be drafting frm one of Mike's computers, as opposed to my well air conditioned war room.

By the time Ani and I got there, the draft had just started. And with the thrid pick of the first round THE DANCING HOMERS take DL Ray Lewis of the Baltimore Ravens. I ranked him first, because defense wins games. With my first actual pick I took QB Michael Vick from the Atlanta Falcons.

This is the collective juggernaut known as The Dancing Homers

M. Vick (Atl - QB)

E. Moulds (Buf - WR)

D. Driver (GB - WR)

J. Rice (Oak - WR)

F. Taylor (Jac - RB)

D. Staley (Pit - RB)

M. Pollard (Ind - TE)

K. Warner (NYG - QB)

L. Fitzgerald (Ari - WR)

T. Wheatley (Oak - RB)

D. Clark (Chi - TE)

S. Janikowski (Oak - K)

P. Edinger (Chi - K)

C. Woodson (Oak - DB)

B. Dawkins (Phi - DB)

R. Barber (TB - DB)

R. Lewis (Bal - DL)

J. Vilma (NYJ - DL)

J. Kearse (Phi - DL)

B. Brooks (Oak - DL)

Our first victim is Dave's puny low fat Beef Burrito. In our 10 team league I get to spill the blood of the Beef Burrito's twice, I also will rip limb from limb the flaccid M-unit run Balls on Chin twice. Lucilky for Mark he only has to feel the pain of the mighty Dancing Homers but once this season.
